Recently, I was looking to replace my living room carpet - I wanted a light to medium grey. I was helped by a lovely woman initially, as there were so many, and guided to what might be suitable for my needs. I thank you for your patience - you’re a superstar! Carpet chosen, date arranged for fitting, etc.
I was extremely fortunate on my fitting day and very thankful to Mark H’s team for their help, kindness and for the fabulous job they completed for me.

EXCELLANT service from you from the day we went down and looked at carpets and communication after about measuring, fitting times etc 100% perfect!
Very pleased with personal service from ANDREW and great at helping us with choosing and arranging fitting. Carpet fitter ALAN was amazing and cannot fault his skill as a carpet fitter. On his first visit he even helped my husband bring in the heavy bits of furniture from the garden as I had fallen down front steps day before so was battered and bruised!

Wow! Absolutely delighted with the service I have had! I went in on Bank holiday Monday, chose my carpet for the bedrooms. They managed to persuade a lovely professional carpet fitter to do it on the Friday afternoon of that same week as we had all our stuff coming back from storage on the following Monday. I left it all too late. I admit. But they totally helped me out and really went the extra mile. So thank you guys. I really appreciate it. It looks amazing too. Very happy! Helen. 😃

Very pleased with Greenmount Carpets. We have bought from them before and have always found them friendly and helpful and with good prices too. This time we had carpets throughout our bungalow and they arranged dates for the fitting, with Alan Gellatly and his team doing the fitting. The old carpets were taken up and the new carpets were soon fitted. They worked efficiently and did a good job. I would use them again.

We visited 3 days ago and picked out some nice new flooring with the help of an assistant in the showroom. 2 days later the fitters came and installed it. They were very friendly and professional. In no time at all we had it on our floor. It’s perfect and very affordable with a great service. Will definitely use again.

Get all my carpets from here. All extremely helpful staff, they are always happy and cheerful. As the prices are so low I make them the odd chocolate fudge cake to say thank you. Never need to go elsewhere as they suit all budgets. Loads to choose from. Perfect.

This place is great! It stocks every type of carpet you could possibly want, all at reasonable prices. It also sells cut offs and rugs at discount prices and offers delivery. I managed to carpet my entire house by shopping here and couldn't have afforded to otherwise.

Really good selection of off cuts and good quality carpets on rolls. They also do a selection of vinyls. Selection of underlay too. Plus rugs etc. Very helpful staff. Really good on prices. Big bonus they're dog friendly with well behaved owners lols.

Had several carpet offcuts over the years. Many offcuts are hard-wearing trade standard ones so they are long lasting. They also have a decent selection of room rugs and rubber mats at reasonable prices.
