Clients reviews about Greenmount Carpets Camborne Ltd

I had been recommended to go to Greenmount by some neighbours and can’t thank them enough! Recently, I was looking to replace my living room carpet - I wanted a light to medium grey. I was helped by a lovely woman initially, as there were so many, and guided to what might be suitable for my needs. I thank you for your patience - you’re a superstar! Carpet chosen, date arranged for fitting, etc. I was extremely fortunate on my fitting day and very thankful to Mark H’s team for their help, kindness and for the fabulous job they completed for me. Thanks again to Greenmount and their fabulous staff for all their help Cara ~ Cara L

EXCELLANT service from you from the day we went down and looked at carpets and communication after about measuring, fitting times etc 100% perfect! Very pleased with personal service from ANDREW and great at helping us with choosing and arranging fitting. Carpet fitter ALAN was amazing and cannot fault his skill as a carpet fitter. On his first visit he even helped my husband bring in the heavy bits of furniture from the garden as I had fallen down front steps day before so was battered and bruised! Thankyou for everything. ~ Jan H

Been dealing with Greenmount now since moving into my house in October. I ordered carpet & vinyl throughout. Phil went above and beyond at the start of the fit and did my entire house from start to finish on his own in about 1 1/2 days. I have gone back and ordered more flooring for other rooms and Phil has even come out 8 months later and re-stretched some areas that had expanded & become a bit loose. So happy with the product, great prices and great fitters. ~ Jade B

Wow! Absolutely delighted with the service I have had! I went in on Bank holiday Monday, chose my carpet for the bedrooms. They managed to persuade a lovely professional carpet fitter to do it on the Friday afternoon of that same week as we had all our stuff coming back from storage on the following Monday. I left it all too late. I admit. But they totally helped me out and really went the extra mile. So thank you guys. I really appreciate it. It looks amazing too. Very happy! Helen. 😃 ~ Woodland C

Very pleased with Greenmount Carpets. We have bought from them before and have always found them friendly and helpful and with good prices too. This time we had carpets throughout our bungalow and they arranged dates for the fitting, with Alan Gellatly and his team doing the fitting. The old carpets were taken up and the new carpets were soon fitted. They worked efficiently and did a good job. I would use them again. ~ Paul E

Fantastic range of carpets and vinyls. Warehouse staff so helpful and knowledgeable. The Fitter Phil was outstanding ! Carpeted the entire tricky loft conversion including an ensuit, stairs , cupboards and hallways , over came some difficult joins , which are impossible to spot ! Great communication, always turned up as arranged. Phil went above and beyond for us 10/10 ** ~ Helen N

I have just waved off Gareth and Phil, who have done a brilliant job of laying vynil in my decidely awkward kitchen, bathroom, porch and downstairs loo.
